2022 Commercial Rating - Mid-Cycle Update
The AEGB Commercial team has completed the Mid-Cycle update process. This limited set of revisions to the 2022 Commercial Rating aligns measure intents with local goals, ordinances and industry best practices that have evolved since late 2022. The updates incorporate user feedback and aim to streamline and improve clarity. They are live and effective for all projects on the 2022 Commercial Rating and associated Workbooks. Thank you to everyone who provided valuable feedback in this process.
